This limited edition print of an original painting by Thomas Kinkade was published using acid-free, premium grade paper and artist's canvas in 1999 as a multi-sized, phased release edition by Lightpost Publishing, Inc., located in San Jose, California.

The initial "Charter" phase (designated on the print as "I"), the "Encore" phase (designated on the print as "II"), and the concluding "Finale" phase (designated on the print as "III") all contain three image sizes, 18"x 27;"24" x 36," and 28"x 42". The Charter phase will be released during 1999, with the Encore phase being released at a future date determined by the publisher, but no sooner than twelve months from the initial release date of the Charter phase. The Finale phase will be released at a future date also determined by the publisher, but no sooner than twelve months from the initial release date of the Encore phase. Each of the three sizes released within the Charter phase are limited in Standard Numbered to 4950 impressions on canvas and 4850 impressions on premium paper, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated S/N. Also available are 990 Artists Proofs on canvas and 970 on premium paper, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated A/P; 1750 Gallery Proofs on canvas and 1750 on premium paper, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated G/P; 900 Publisher Proofs on canvas and 880 on premium paper, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated P/P; I Examination Proofs on canvas, each of the offset lithographs numbered and designated E/P; 990 International Proofs on canvas and 970 on premium paper, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated I/P; 0 Atelier National on canvas and 0 on premium paper, each of these continuous tone prints numbered and designated A/N; 0 Atelier International on canvas and l on premium paper, each of these continuous tone prints numbered and designated A/I; 400 Renaissance Editions on canvas, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated R/E; 200 Studio Proofs on canvas and 200 on premium paper, each of these offset lithographs numbered and designated S/P; 1 Master Edition on canvas, this offset lithograph numbered and designated M/E.

The most stringent precautions have been undertaken to ensure the integrity of the editions as specified herein. Each of the preceding editions features the artist's authorized security signature utilizing DNA-encoded ink to prevent forgery. Each signature is mechanically applied with a registered Auto Pen™ signature device utilizing an archived signature matrix. Each of the three phases of this release have similar sizes, sub-editions and numbers of prints. The worldwide total edition for this limited edition release is one hundred eighty-three thousand two hundred and thirty-nine limited edition impressions. The master used in printing these limited editions will be destroyed after the complete printing of this edition. Lightpost Publishing, Inc., reserves the right to use the image on this limited edition print in any other medium or in any manner whatsoever, except that no other limited edition prints in any medium shall be created.
